Some citations may not be available for online payment, deferred disposition or driver safety applications. For those cases, office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with extended hours until 6:00 pm on Tuesdays.
I hereby understand that case payment will result in a waiver of a jury trial and a finding of guilty, which may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 27.14(c). The defendant also waives the right to receive discovery from the State, Art. 39.14.
A convenience fee up to $3.50 will be charged for each online transaction. This fee covers the cost incurred by the City of Dallas to permit the offer of an online option for your convenience. Individuals who wish to avoid this cost can handle their case by mail or in person.
