Per Cotati Municipal Code all dogs over the age of 4 months must be licensed and the license renewed each year. Please note that if you have multiple dogs, you will need to fill out a form for each dog. If this is your first dog license application, or your previously provided vaccine records have expired, please email your updated vaccination records to k9license@cotaticity.org.

There are some fee exemptions that apply, see information for exemptions here. By answering the exemption criteria below these waiver of $34.99 for fees will be applied, leaving a $0.01 convienience fee for processing.
