Welcome to our new online payments website!
The following services are available:
- Would you like to receive your utility bill by email? If so, click the Paperless Billing link below to sign up.
- To change your profile, password or payment information, click on Member Profile on the top right hand corner of the page.
- Payments are limited to $1,000.
- Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Effective 1/1/2018, a 1.75% surcharge will apply to all debit and credit card payments.
- Echecks are not a valid payment option on this site.
- Commercial Accounts cannot access online payments.
- Payments made before 4pm will be posted on the City's books the same day. Payments made after 4pm, on weekends or holidays will be posted on the City's books the next working day.
- If services have been disconnected and payment is being made to reinstate service, please call the Customer Service Office at 620-252-6100 for reconnection.
