How can I start services for water, sewer, garbage?

For tenants, a valid rental agreement and a valid government issued ID will be required.

For owners, proof of ownership and a valid government issued ID will be required. 

What is the current year round watering schedule for the City of Turlock?

Winter Watering Schedule
Effective November 1st through February 28th
Even numbered homes may only water on Saturday and odd numbered homes may only water on Sunday. Allowed watering times are before 9AM and after 9PM.

*The City of Turlock strongly encourages customer to turn off sprinkler systems during the fall and winter months. As a reminder, there is no watering during or within 48 hours after measurable rainfall.

Summer Watering Schedule
Effective March 1st through October 31st
Even numbered homes may water on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and odd numbered homes may water Wednesdays and Sundays. Allowed watering times are before 9AM and after 9PM

How can I update my mailing address?

Please submit the following form with a copy of your ID to change the mailing address on your account. Mailing Address Change Only

What are the password guidelines?

The password must contain at least the following:

  • Be atleast eight (8) characters or more
  • One (1) number 0-9
  • One (1) lowercase a-z
  • One (1) uppercase A-Z
  • One (1) special character
How can I apply for the Senior Discount?

A Senior Citizen Discount is available for garbage services only. The applicant must be at least 65 years or older, the primary account holder, and a resident at the service location of a single family residential building containing one dwelling unit on one lot with the residential 96 gallon garbage bundle. To apply, please submit the application on this link, Senior Discount Form with a copy of your ID to finance@turlock.ca.us or drop off in our office located at 156 S Broadway.

What is my pick up date for garbage?

How can I pay my City of Turlock bill?

Utility bill payments are also accepted 24/7 using credit card or checking account, online or through our telephone payment system at (209) 668-5570. Our office is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8am- 5 pm
