Your 8 digit Account # and 6 digit Customer # can be found on your bill.

Important Payment Update

Our payment processor has enhanced their security measures by verifying that the billing address and zip code on file match the information provided with each payment. As a result, some customers may notice that automatic payments have been declined even when sufficient funds are available.

If you were enrolled in autopay prior to November 2025 and your payment has been declined, please contact our office directly so we can assist you with unenrolling. You will then be able to enroll with your new method. If you enrolled in autopay after November 2025, you should be able to update your payment method directly through your online account.
