Will there be a fee to use my debit or credit card?

Yes. A 3.5% processing fee applies.  This fee is charged every time your card is processed, including for Auto Pay payments.  You can use online bill pay through your bank to avoid processing fees.

Will there be a fee if I use eCheck?

Yes. A $1.95 processing fee applies.  This fee is charged every time your eCheck is processed, including Auto Pay payments.  To avoid processing fees you may use online bill pay through your bank.

Will there be a fee if I use the IVR (phone payment) program?

Yes. You will pay the applicable debit/credit card or eCheck fee plus an additional $0.50 IVR convenience fee.

What if I am unable to pay my balance—do you offer payment contracts?

Can I sign up for Auto Pay using my checking account or debit/credit card and have the City enter my information for me?

No. City staff cannot enter your payment information. However, we are happy to walk you through the sign-up process.

Is there a fee if my payment does not go through?
  • Debit or credit card payments: $15.00 rejected payment fee
  • eCheck payments: $5.00 rejected payment fee

Can I change my bill due date or schedule a future payment?

No. All balances are pulled on the 1st of each month.

Welcome to our NEW account portal. Through this portal you can preview your bills, pay a bill or sign up for autopay.  Click here to link or access your account. 

If you made a payment between the dates of December19th and January 4th they may not be reflected in your balance.  No past due fees will incur.  We are catching up on payments made during our transition.
