Account Number Format Example: 000-0000000-000
How to Get Your Account Number:
➤ Remove the leading zero and remove the last three digits.
➤ Example: 000-1234567-005 → Remove 0 and last 3 digits → Result: 00-1234567
How to Get Your Customer ID:
➤ Take your PIN number and add a “1” at the front.
➤ Example: PIN = 12345678 → Customer ID = 112345678
 

*If You Are Looking at a NEW Tyler Tech Bill:
Account Number Format Example: 00-1234567
How to Get Your Account Number:
➤ Use the number as written but remove the second dash and the last set of numbers.
➤ Example: 00-1234567-112345678→ Remove second dash and last numbers → Result: 00-1234567
How to Get Your Customer ID:
➤ Enter it in as it is printed just above the account number on the bill.

**Special Note for New Customers:
If you set up services after our go-live in Tyler Technologies, your Customer ID will be 3 digits long.
