For water disconnections due to non-payment, please call Utility Billing at 563-589-4144. For payments made after 3:00 p.m. water service will be turned on the next business day.

First-time Users: Use your Account Number and Customer ID Number to create your account. Both numbers can be found on your August/September 2023 utility bill.
