Getting Started for First-Time Users:

1. Select Register in the top right corner to access the member registration page.
2. Select "Create an Account" at the bottom of the next page and enter your information.
3. A verification email (from Community Access Identity) will be sent to you to complete the process.

Once registration is complete, you will enter specific utility account information:

1. Select the "Utility Billing" link on the right (or bottom of the page if on mobile).
2. Select "Add an Account".
3. Enter your utility account number and Customer ID.

Sign Up for E-Statements

There are many benefits in switching from paper billing to e-statements:

• Reduce paper waste.
• Spend less time sorting through mail since you’ll receive an e-mail notification when your bill arrives.
• Access your bill 24/7 online.

Opting for e-statements is easy!  If you are already registered to manage your account online, simply sign up for e-statements under "Contact Preferences".
