Getting started is simple! Follow these steps to register and link your utility account:

Step 1: Register for an Online Account

1. Select "Register" in the top right corner to access the member registration page.

2. On the next page, scroll down and select "Create an account".

3. Enter your information as prompted.

4. You'll receive a verification email from Community Access Identity - enter the verification code provided in the email to complete your registration. 

Step 2: Link Your Account 

1. After logging in, select the "Utility Billing" link.

2. Click "Add an Account".

3. Enter your Account Number to link your account.

Opting for e-statements is easy! If you're already registered to manage your account online, simply sign up for e-statements under "Contact Preferences".
