Welcome to Our City!

The Utility Billing and Customer Service Department is responsible for billing and collection of Utility services: Water, Sewerage, Sanitation, and StormWater for our customers monthly.

The department receives and responds to customer-related issues daily including issuing work orders for internal and external staff to investigate issues when needed.

Our department offers multiple options to pay your bill: 

  • You can mail your payment to P.O. Box 5078, Tallahassee FL. 32314-5708
  • We have an After-hours payment dropbox located at 110 Academy St; City Hall.
  • Make your payment at our customer service counter; office hours are Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm.
  • Pay online: You can make a one-time payment, or sign up for recurring payment using a credit card or your bank account. Click here to make a payment.
  • You can always call customer service at 770-704-1502 to make your payment.

Utility Service Disconnection and Penalty

Utility Customers are responsible for the total account balance.  To avoid disconnection you should pay your FULL  amount by the due date.  A penalty of 10% is assessed to an account after the due date.
