You must complete the Utility Request Form before payment will be processed. Please select the correct tap size and input the total number of the same tap size you are requesting. If you need multiple sized taps you will need to complete the payment for one size then begin a new payment for the other size tap.
A work order for installation will be submitted once the payment is received and posted. Please allow 6-8 weeks for installation to be completed.
