Bills are always due on the 17th of each month.
When is my bill available?
Bills are always mailed out via USPS on the 5th of each month and are also available to view on the 5th of each month.
When is bulky item pick up?
On the 2nd Thursday of each month, ALL residents living to the WEST side of 2493 (EXCEPT Windsor Estates residents) who are City of Bullard utility customers will have Bulky Item Pick Up services.
On the 4th Thursday of each month, ALL residents living to the EAST side of 2493 (PLUS Windsor Estates residents) who are City of Bullard utility customers will have Bulky Item Pick Up services.
