ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM UPDATE
To better serve customers and provide expanded services, on June 24, 2021, the City of Brawley updated its utility billing payment and financial systems. As part of this upgrade, all customers were assigned a new account number, which is required to log into the system.
The email and password associated with your log in will remain the same, however, to obtain your new account number and last payment amount prior to receiving your July 2021 bill, please call 760-344-1550.
NEW BILL FORMAT COMING IN JULY 2021
Starting in July 2021, customers will see a new bill format. The new bill includes a new customer account number, a consumption graph, QR code for online payments, and a monthly-customized message box at the bottom of the page.
The remittance envelope also has a new return address to the City’s banking center, where payments will be posted each day and information transferred to the City. This will expedite the processing of payments and provide staff the time to serve customers in person or over the phone.
