Welcome to The City of Antioch's online payments website for water utility billing. This service allows customers to view account detail, transaction history, address information, account information and consumption information.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover payments only.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Online payments on delinquent accounts or payment arrangements AFTER their due dates will NOT prevent your water service from being disconnected or have your water service restored without the payment of applicable fees and deposits (if deposit is not already on file) paid in guaranteed funds.  You MUST contact us or come to City Hall to have your payment processed in this situation.

If you have been disconnected and wish to pay by credit/debit card (and only if the card is in the water account holders name) please call us to pay charges and applicable fees by phone.

Effective August 13, 2012, new tenants to a property or a realtor/listing agent representing a property will have to complete a water service application, form below. This application requires the owner to certify that the tenant has a right to residency or that the realtor/listing agent is authorized to establish water service.  A copy of the signed lease agreement and/or listing agreement will also need to be provided and if the owner cannot appear in person with the tenant then the form will have to have a notarized signature of the owner of the property.   In addition, we will still be requiring valid picture identification, a deposit, paid in person and all previous balances (if any) must be paid in full. Establishment of water may be delayed if staff needs to complete additional verification of documents. In addition, water service will be scheduled for the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

 

The Public Works Department provides 24-hour emergency maintenance service to the residents of Antioch. Monday through Thursday 7 am to 4 pm call 925-779-6950 to request maintenance service, after regular working hours, weekends and holidays, call the Police Dispatch non-emergency number, 778-2441 to report water, sewer or other emergency maintenance needs. You can also report graffiti, street lights, or other non-emergency maintenance issues via the City’s website at  http://www.ci.antioch.ca.us/CityGov/PublicWorks/.
