Welcome to the City of Antioch's online payment website for water utility billing. This service allows customers to view account detail, transaction history, address, account and consumption information.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover payments from the water account holder only.
IMPORTANT NOTICE SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS: Do not pay/make an online/electronic payment with your financial institution or via this website; payments here will NOT avoid disconnect, reactivate or reconnect water service. After your FINAL/DISCONNECTION/EXTENSION due date has passed, payments MUST be made in person or via the telephone with a Customer Service Representative directly, by the water account holder only, in guaranteed funds, NO CHECKS. Additional charges/fees and deposit (if not already on file) will be required before water service is scheduled on for the next business day. Same day service will require an additional same day restoration fee.

ANTIOCH MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 6‐5.04 REQUIRES; A DELINQUENT PENALTY CHARGE OF 5% SHALL BE ASSESSED IF THE BILL IS NOT PAID WHEN DUE.
For sewer problems or water leaks call Public Works at (925)779-6950 or email email@example.com. After hours, weekends and holidays call Police Dispatch at (925) 778-2441. You can also report potholes, graffiti, street lights, or other non-emergency maintenance issues via the City’s website at http://www.ci.antioch.ca.us/CityGov/PublicWorks/.
Amount Now Due Total - If you’re calling about your Amount Now Due total-this amount is correct. The prior balance listed on your bill is only the portion you were charged a late payment penalty on and NOT the ongoing carryover prior balance still unpaid and due on your account. We are working to fix this issue. Again, the Amount Now Due Total is correct.
