If you need to make changes to your existing account, open a new account or you are moving or disconnecting your services, you'll need to give us a call at 580-481-2295, or stop by our customer service lobby.
You may also make payments at any time using our automated drive-up kiosk located on the corner of our offices at the Altus Municipal Complex, 509 S. Main St.
