Please pay below to complete your registration once you have filled out the Pet License Registration form on the City of Adel website: https://adeliowa.org/permits-and-forms/pet-license-registration/.

For more than one pet please choose that number for the "Quantity".

City Hall will review your submission and send you the pet tag(s) in the mail within 7-10 business days.
