Monthly utility bills are prepared, mailed, and received by the Finance Office at City Hall, located at 123 South Lincoln Street. Utilities that may be included are water, sewer, garbage, recycling, and stormwater.
Online payments are subject to a surcharge that is not greater than our cost of acceptance. In addition to the surcharge, Municipal Online Payments charges a fee of $1.25 per transaction. The Municipal Online Payment Fee will appear as a separate charge
on your statement.
Your online payment will show as "Pending" until the payment is processed the next business day. Your account balance will not be reduced until payment processing is complete.
